of EBM Papst.

Siemens is a globally leading electrical engineering and electronics company, renowned for its

widely used in fields such as automotive, home appliances, HVAC, etc. This acquisition will

Siemens believes that ebm papst's innovative product portfolio of mechatronics drive systems

and its highly qualified talent are very suitable for Siemens. Integrating the IDT product portfolio

autonomous field of factory automation.

The transaction is expected to be completed in mid-2025, and this acquisition will bring many
