The body of the volumetric tube is a closed volumetric standard made of steel pipes. Its basic volume value refers to the volume of the pipe section between the start detection switch D1 and the end detection switch D2. The volume value is measured by the authorized unit of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision in accordance with the national verification regulations JJG209, and converted to the standard state (20 ℃, 101325Pa) volume value.
During calibration, the flowmeter to be tested and the volumetric tube are connected to form a calibration system through process switching. The PLC of the control system controls the start and stop of the calibration system through the switch module, and uses the high-speed counting module to collect the standard volume value of the volume tube and the number of pulses sent by the flowmeter flowmeter under test, and convert it into the volume value under the standard state.
