Bearing mounting should be based on the bearing structure, size and bearing parts with the nature of the determination, the pressure should be added directly to the tightly fitted to the end of the ring, shall not be passed through the rolling body of the pressure, bearing mounting is generally used inductive heating method:
1.Heating assembly
By heating the bearing or bearing housing, the use of thermal expansion will change the tight fit into a loose fit installation method. It is a commonly used and labour-saving mounting method. This method is applicable to the installation of bearings, hot assembly before the bearing on the induction heater heated to below 120 degrees, removed as soon as possible to install the shaft, in order to prevent the cooling of the inner ring end face and the shoulder of the shaft fit is not tight, the bearing can be cooled and then axial tightening. Bearing outer ring and light metal bearing seat tight fit, the use of heating bearing seat hot installation method, you can avoid the matching surface is scratched.
2. Installation of tapered bore bearings
Tapered hole bearings can be mounted directly on the taper of the journal, or loaded with the tight set and the taper of the unloading sleeve, the degree of fit can be used to measure the amount of bearing radial clearance reduction, therefore, the installation should be measured before the bearing radial clearance, the installation process should be frequently measured clearance to achieve the required amount of clearance reduction until the installation is generally used to install the locking nut can be used to install the method of heating installation.
3. Electromagnetic induction heater according to the characteristics of the bearing assembly targeted research and development of high-performance bearing heater, bearing heated bore thermal expansion, and the spindle to produce interference, to meet the hot set of assembly, this assembly method on the bearing without any damage to ensure that the bearing of the original performance.
