The regulator performs self-tuning operation according to the parameters set by the user, and outputs the control current to the frequency converter controller to change the coal feeding amount. By adjusting the rotation speed of the machine motor, the coal feeding amount can be changed to achieve the purpose of regulation. This cycle forms a low-level closed-loop control system, which is adjusted repeatedly and maintains the optimal control state.
The weighing controller(Allen Bradley 1769-IQ16 Compact I/O Module, B&R X20CM0985 Energy Measurement And Synchronization Module, ABB FS225R12KE3/AGDR-61C IBGT Module) (or frequency converter) can also receive the 4-20mA current control signal sent by the upper layer (DCS) system, and compare the instantaneous coal feeding signal with the coal feeding signal required by the boiler combustion control system; According to the comparison results, the frequency converter is used to change the speed of the main motor, so that the actual coal supply is the same as the required coal supply to meet the needs of the boiler combustion system. The upper system can also set various parameters of the instrument through RS485 communication port, including belt scale calibration, flow setting and other operations.
