The materials fall into the coal feeder (B&R X20BC8083 Controller, Allen Bradley 1746-P2 Power Supply, ABB FS300R12KE3/AGDR-61C IGBT KIT)through the coal chute from the upper bin of the fully enclosed weighing coal feeder, and the internal conveying part of the fully enclosed weighing coal feeder uniformly outputs the materials to the outlet. When materials are weighed by the electronic belt, the weight signal and speed signal are sent to the secondary instrument, and the instantaneous flow and cumulative measurement are calculated through A/D conversion and amplification, and displayed on the front panel of the weighing controller.
